The local Continence Clinic runs at Peacemarsh Surgery, Gillingham, on Wednesdays.  They provide assessment, advice, medication and management options.  This service can be booked either directly on 01305 259978 (leave message on voicemail for callback within 2 days) or via your GP.  There is currently a 3 week waiting list for appointments at the clinic.  Appointments take 45 minutes initially, then follow up appointments take 30 minutes.  Other clinics are run locally at Sherbourne and Stalbridge.

The national Bladder and Bowel Foundation (B&BF), 0845 345 0165 (leave message for a confidential call back service).  They provide information via leaflets and booklets through their website www.bladderandbowelfoundation.org.  NorDDIS are fortunate to be able to provide copies of 37 specialised leaflets covering all of these issues in our shop in a black file held in our “Continence Corner”.  Do come and take a look and learn something that can really help!
